Serving Opportunities Include:
Administration:
Beginning with Auditions, helping check people in, helping move people form one area to another.
Obtain contact information and general information, create sign up sheets.
Costume Design & Wardrobe Director
This is an ESSENTIAL role is as much a part of the play as the actors. Creating a profile for each character and overseeing the organization of costumes.
Costumes/Wardrobe Team
You may be asked to look for certain articles of clothing, alter clothing or if you feel up to it, Sewing!
This is a period piece so the more people willing
to help in this are the less work load is
placed on any singular person!
Head of Hair and Make Up:
This role will need to work closely with wardrobe as they make character plot of hairstyles and makeup for each character.
They will also build a team of people to assist with the make up for the actors and hair,
often this is two groups of people.
Make Up and Hair:
Applying Makeup on the actors, creating the look the Head of Hair and Makeup gives for each actor.
This time commitment is unique, as these team memberrs arrive early for the dress rehearsal week and each show but leave when done. The days with two shows, you only need to be there for the first.
Stage Manager:
Makes sure the set of the show is moving correctly (set & props), ensures that the crew executes their jobs with precision, and the actors are in place
Stage Hand:
Executes the movement of scene changes, Movements must be done in the same way every time.
Script Supervisor:
Follows along on script as actors begin to move off book to help them stay on script. Scrip supervisor will be prepared to feed lines to any actor suffering from a momentary memory lapse.
May also run lines with actors.
Props Manager:
This manager will ensure every prop used is in its correct place aat the start of each performance. Resetting at the end of a show, coordinates the props particularly for character with quck costume changes.
Microphone Handler:
Assists in placing of microphones ont he actors and swapping of mics between actors
Sound Board Operators:
Someone to manage microphone sound volume and quality and music and SFX starting and ending the music at appropriate times along
with sound effect cues.

*Greeters at the Doors
*Will Call Support
*Ticket takers
*Ushers (taking people to tables)
*Kitchen Help (making wasail, helping plate desserts, making beverages etc....)
*Serving Tables
*Helping Park Cars
