2023 Beach Retreat

RETURNING: June 11 around 5-6PM
COSTS: $115 includes a t-shirt
$125 hoodie instead of t-shirt
$130 t-shirt & hoodie

Sign-ups will still be accepted there is just no guarantee of a shirt/hoodie.
Payment: We have online payment now! This is the only form of payment now due upon registration.
All meals are included EXCEPT for dinner Friday night. Please either bring money for fast food (TACO BELL, WENDY’S, MCDONALDS, SUBWAY, or DAIRY QUEEN) or bring a sack dinner.

I will not hold Christ the Rock Community Churchor leaders liable for any accident, injury or ANY disease (Including COVID 19) incurred by the subject of this form. I understand that in the event medical intervention is needed every attempt will be made to contact the parent or guardian listed immediately.
